I dont think I'm stupid... Giving up my post as team leader... Tell everything to Big GM.. what the matter? I'm the fridge already... Since everyone dont listen to me.. What for I'm still in charge? What for I still grab the headache? Let's those DOG do the job lo...

Promotion?

Every employee hoping to get promoted or increment throughout their tenure with the company.

Recently I'm thinking whether still worthy to stay at this company. Position not high and salary not that too..

As per my current job function, I entitle AM and at last RM4K.. But both I dont get it now. Other people get more increment and fast promotion than me. What for I still stay?

My performance not lesser than them. My job task not lighter than them. My capabilities is not smaller than them. So why they can I cannot? Yeah.. because they get close with BOSS than me...

Dear Curry Bread,

Why is operation's responsibility? Promotion is determine by Marketing and EDP set the pricing accordingly. Its should be Marketing's approval whether to continue this promotion.

Do you understand who do what? who in charge what?

Why stockist call you directly? Because you dont understand lo after I explain.
